We have been involved with supporting new care businesses for a number of years with over two decades of experience between our team. We pride ourselves on precision and excellence and are constantly striving to improve where we can.

Kempshire Care Ltd aims to provide extraordinary care that is effective, safe, responsive, and well-led. We aim to create services that offer person-centered care. Person-centered care forms the core of the service we provide here at Kempshire Care and our staff is committed to meeting our aims and objectives:

• To deliver a service of the highest quality that will improve and sustain the client's overall quality of life


• To ensure that the service is delivered in a flexible manner personalized for the individual and in a non-discriminatory fashion while respecting each client's right to independence, privacy, dignity, fulfillment, and the right to make informed choices and take risks.


• To ensure that each client's needs and values are respected in matters of religion, culture, race or ethnic origin, sexuality and sexual orientation, political, affiliation, marital status, parenthood, and disabilities or impairments.


• Kempshire Care Ltd provides services in the home of the Client whenever required and, in the manner, requested. Every care plan is fully adaptable to meet the ever-changing needs of the client. No detail is too small to warrant a change.


• To match the nominated care worker as closely as possible with the client and respect the need to change the care worker in the event of subsequent non-compatibility.


• To manage the delivery of care services efficiently and effectively to make the best use of resources and to maximize the value of money for the purchaser/service user.


• Kempshire Care Ltd's policies and procedures are written in compliance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008, the Care Act 2014, and the Care Quality Commission's Essential Standards of Quality and Safety. At all times, Kempshire Care Ltd. believes that the rights of the client are paramount.


• To involve service users and carers in the provisions, management, and development of services which will be monitored regularly as part of the quality assurance framework ensuring that the service is run in the best interests of our service users.


• Our team will be made up of skilled, experienced, qualified staff who understand that it is a privilege to deliver care to our clients in their own homes.
